If you are looking for a terrific Code of Conduct for your volunteers, including online volunteers, check out the Ragtag Code of Conduct.

RagTag is a nonprofit organization. Ragtag organizes and manages tech volunteers to build products and tech projects that truly amplify the work of progressive groups — and which they wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford.

Our projects range from custom websites for non-profits, to data integration tools, to machine-learning-driven data analysis, to bespoke websites for down-ticket candidates, to crucial GOTV apps used by campaigns across the country.

Ragtag is building the future of tech volunteerism. Progressive technologists are eager to jump in and make the change they want to see in the world. At Ragtag, we help them do it responsibly, by helping them understand the work of organizers on the ground, around the country, who have been working in their communities for decades.

The Ragtag community values learning about progressive organizing, past and present, and how technology fits into this intricate landscape. We have trainings and webinars for our volunteers, covering the basics of grassroots organizing, campaigns and organizing tech, and opportunities for volunteers to build their skills by learning from community members.
