Hello. We use (and love) Microsoft 365 and Teams is the central tool we use for everything within our organization. In March 2020, we ported our office phone lines into Teams Phone System as we went remote for COVID-19, and have loved having our phone lines ring to our laptops/phones/etc. My question is whether Microsoft may offer better pricing for the Phone System licenses and calling plans? Thank you.

It's a tremendous tool and reading about successful adoptions and integrations of add-on features & licensing options such as Teams phone system makes our day. As far as your question in regard to obtaining the best pricing available, it would be of benefit for us to know the full range of license features you are currently deploying [ie. audio conferencing, Microsoft 365 Business Voice (with or without Calling Plan)] and if there were items like communication credits being offered as a part of your plan. Our cloud solutions team would be happy to review your current plan with you and find the best options to meet your organization's needs
