Microsoft’s community skills program is a part of the company's commitment to skills for employability and promoting racial equity in the United States. It is a $15 million dollar investment over three years to fifty selected nonprofits working to increase skill development and economic opportunities. The program includes grants, leadership development and technology enablement.
