If you’d like to boost your online conversions, engagement, and influence, then this workshop is for you. Over two days, Brian Cugelman, PhD of AlterSpark will show you how to design websites, social media profiles, and apps that are more engaging.
The curriculum is all based on science, but presented in a format that is simple and practical. Through hands-on exercises, lectures, and group activities, you’ll learn to recognize and apply over 50 persuasive design principles. You’ll also learn to recognize the psychological architectures behind popular design patterns, such as landing pages, gamification, e-selling, personal motivation, viral diffusion, and more. By the end of the course, you’ll be able to leverage the same psychological principles that drive the world’s most successful digital media.
This course is great for interactive designers (UI/UX), web designers, digital marketers, product managers, and web/mobile developers.
Examples come from non-profit, health, and for profit sectors.
Register by 31 Oct and save 10-27% with our early bird pricing and sector discounts.
I was just about to post about this - and see that Brian already has. Brian and I worked together at UN Volunteers in Germany - he was responsible for the online promotion of International Year of Volunteers 2001, and if you were on the Internet then, and in any way affiliated with nonprofits, you no doubt heard about that. It's one of the most successful online campaigns I've ever seen.
We also had a band together, in the basement of the UN, but that's another story...
