I don't know if it's the right forum to ask this but I need your opinion here. Due to COVID I work from home. Now the main question is that I have some mails from our clients which I need to archive. I need to archive mails of 4 accounts.  I asked for it's solution from the IT department and I followed all the instructions which they gave me but didn't have any success. I need your opinion guys.

The instructions will depend on your email client or platform. What did your IT department suggest, and what happened when you tried that?
